I had come to check out the Note 20 Ultra a few days ago but was rudely told by a salesman whose name I believe is Sohail that they do not have that in stock and even if they had it, said that i can't buy it there. I don't know why he would say such a thing to a customer. I would have understood the circumstances due to the pandemic but this person was very rude, unprofessional and acted like it didn't matter what I wanted to buy. If you ever want to buy from here, please don't waste your time and energy with a third class salesman like Sohail as he's more interested in talking about Apple Products then the Samsung ones he should be selling. I would suggest to the owners to hire better employees or atleast train people like this in a better manner.
