My personal experience meeting a banking officer here was really bad but something happened recently that really has transformed my perception of the employees working here. I was following up regarding a transaction I made with an employee called Sonia Naik. She was so professional, quick and helpful. She quickly checked and confirmed my details, reassured me that funds have been received and was pleasantly speaking throughout the conversation that at once I felt even more confidence trusting the banking services of this branch in particular. If I could rate her on a scale of 10 it would be 10/10! Kudos to these kind employees!

Main branch of SBI Always crowded Auto banking service machines are available 24 x 7 Parking problem.
Worst experience ever!!! Women employees are perpetually yapping on the phone. The Men employees just keep passing the buck...deputy manager was the worst - point blank refusal to help with just a simple provision of my own account's statement! The pits!
If there was less than one star, I would give that. A bank with employees who know nothing about banking. Gives you the wrong information whenever you need a genuine advice. Behaves like your money belongs to them. They give you a miserable look with no smile on their face whenever you approach them. When its 1PM its lunchtime and they loose no time to ignore you and dig into their tiffin boxes and at the end of the month they get ready for their fat salary for doing all the wrong calculations with your money. The worst bank ever. If you need good advice, its worth taking your banking needs elsewhere.
We had applied for a Housing Loan and a Top up loan and the entire team was soooo supportive!! We had been struggling with Bank of Baroda for almost two months and were then referred to SBI. Anup Kumar who is the Chief Bank Manager in Panjim was extremely supportive and helped us through the entire process. Susan Zuzart Pereira was coordinating with all our documentation and disbursement, and she made the whole process seamless and we had all the sanctioning done in 2 weeks! Kudos to the entire team!!
State bank of India,main branch is a such a pathetic servic. Staff is very unhelpful. Most of the e machine in e gallery is not working, hence need to be in Q for hour just to update passbook. Staff need to increase as staff working quality is very slow. Just to update passbook person need to wait for hour. Suggestion to state bank manger if your old staff cannot work then plz do placement to those who work quickly.
based on what i have read so far and having had a negative experience of the SBI Pedder Road branch Mumbai, im not holding out much hope for this branch, but have to foray into the unknown to learn from my mistakes
Nepali security showing as if we are visited in his country. Too much attitude. Need to change the security. No respect for the customers
