very bad service..staff is also rude to customers..booked sleeper from goa to pune but the bus broke down before reaching mapusa and then waited for more than 3 hours only to see that they adjusted semi-sleeper instead of sleeper..when i refused to it the office guy told me u will not get any refund if you want to go this is the only option you have..never book with this travels..horrible experience
