The services provided by Yash at Venus Optics are by far one of the best in the country. As a customer who bought powered glasses from Venus optics and subsequently moved out of Goa, I am yet to see such positive after sales service by Mr Yash. I had bought a pair of powered glasses in Dec 19 while I was located at Goa. Somehow the frame cracked in Aug 20 when I had moved out of Goa. Just a phone call and courier of the broken glasses to Mr Yash, the Glasses were replaced, without any questions and within about a week. The positivity shown by Mr Yash & his team is par excellence. I have experienced many optical shops in the country, however the kind of services this team provides along with personal association, is to be experienced. Kudos to Mr Yash and his entire team of Venus Optics. Thank you very much for your prompt services. All the very best for all your future endeavours. Keep looking after your customers, exactly the way you do.
