Store is super cute but the sales associate at Panama City Pier Park location was absolutely the rudest person. Never spoke to anyone in store including when we checked out. Never said thank you nothing upon completely our purchases and there were several of us that purchased stuff.

Cute store. Decent prices. Only issue was the unhelpful sales person who stayed in the back room wrapped up in a blanket who didn’t want to be bothered by customers. Luckily, she did come out to ring us out at least. Not at all customer focused nor did she seem to care about the security of her store or merchandise by hiding in a back room with the door barely cracked open. There are tons of stores like this one is PCB so they need to be a little more customer focused.
This is a decent place to shop if you don't mind snotty salespeople, high prices and a return policy that makes it almost impossible to return anything, even if it is only for store credit. Very eager to sell you merchandise, but their customer service after the sale is poor. Be sure you really like what you're considering buying. Be forewarned...Don't remove the tag until you're absolutely sure you want to keep the item(s). Oh, and they won't take back defective merchandise either.

I usually always try to support small business in our community by purchasing local instead of chain stores. Unfortunately this time I made a huge mistake making a large purchase from Irene Company store at Pier Park. The item was defective and they refused to refund even within the first ten minutes of purchase. So consider yourselves warned to think twice (or four times) about purchasing anything from this local store. So needless to say I will not be shopping here anymore since the focus seems to be protecting the store and not promoting good service to customers. Just so you know...
