I took my brand new 2020 Kia Forte in for a simple tire rotation and balancing. The service advisor up front was very nice and friendly and the wait time was shorter than I was told it would be. Service was completed on the car and they explained I had a crossthreaded lugnut. I never have taken the tires off the car since I purchased it. The manager on duty would not even talk to me about the issue, I called the place twice and they told me just to \file a claim\. Customer service is very rude and they do not care to talk about the issue at hand. Will never be coming back.

I went in to replace the battery there was sum erosion when he was finished the battery acid was all over the engine very what would highly recommend not to trust

Waste of time. The employees here sit around and talk instead of doing their job. Lackadaisical attitudes and unprofessional etiquette. I was told to “just sit in my car and wait” for 3 hours to mount 2 tires. Completely incompetent.

I had to change a battery. The tire center was busy and I was told it would take three to four hours before they could get to my truck. But the mechanic stated that he would lend me the tools so that I could pull out the battery and do it myself. I had everything I needed to pull out the battery, bring it in exchange it and installed a new one. Would have gave 5 Stars if I didn't have to get greasy.
