MY OFFICE..I try to make ever customer leave HAPPY@SAFE i think i did that last year.The few bad reviews i have is not even my company.If your not happy with your ride tell me before you get off the boat.We have one Boat One Capt.ME.so its very easy to get us confused with the other Parasail company that operates under so many names.Just do a little homework before you fly.If you Parasail on Panama City Beach you fly in my one boat with me as your Captain. Or the other company that has many boats,.captains and locations.So people understand we are not the company that had the Parasail accident in 2016.Ask any local or previous customer our reputation for SAFETY AND FUN EXPERIENCE PARASAILING STANDS ALONE.

Very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was amazing and our adventure was fantastic. The upgrade to the longer ride was 100% worth it.
I RARELY POST A REVIEW....but this was.......SO MUCH FUN. Cierra and crew were SO NICE. I was amazed and my wife was thrilled. Family operated business and very professional. A memory of a lifetime. You really should fly with Panama City Parasail. Thank you Cierra & Crew.

This was an amazing experience! All staff were incredible! Captain very skilled. Deck hand easy to understand instructions. I felt safe even though the water was a bit rough. I would do this again hands down. I did the 1200 ft line! Totally worth it. Go big or go home!
