It was founded in 2014 by Aymard Jimenez Granda, after more than a decade of international experience in the corporate, maritime, management, administrative and diplomatic fields. He headed the BVI and Hong Kong offices of a prestigious International law firm before accepting the post as Ambassador and General Consul of the Republic of Panama in Greece and as Ambassador, with residency in Greece, for Ukraine, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Romania. It was this experience as representative of his country and the direct contact with the main Greek shipowners that motivated him to return to the private practice and start his own firm.
