Love that my doctor and therapist came here. Love them. Been calling everyday for a week every single day. My medication needs a prior authorization. No one ever answers the phone not ever. I have an apt with therapist there Tuesday and will need to go Monday also just to get the prior authorization in. I should be able to do this by the phone. I live almost a half hour away. This isn’t right

I like that place the therapist name Steven is really good but the staff give me a early appointment to see my doctor for my medication but thanks to Steven my anger it go away every week I see him

I call on Friday around 2 pm to make an appointment. (I think the receptionist is named Melanie not sure haven't had the chance to talk to her) unfortunately melanie had left for the day so I couldn't make an appointment. I then go at 8:15 am on Monday and there's 3 people behind the desk no one is able to help me set an appointment they say Melanie is in a meeting. it takes them a half an hour for one of them to acknowledge my presence, they were just to busy talking over me in a different language. I would like to just make an appointment but I'm still sitting here it's been about and hour and a half. if my husband didn't ask me stay I would have left
