Good quality food which is rare to find in mahabaleshwar, mutton was also of very good quality. Ambience and service is awesome. There is a play area for kids as well

This Restuarant is based in Mumbai and known as," The Biryani King Of Mumbai". I discovered a branch of the same in Panchgani, Mahableshwar. Must Try Butter Chicken and Butter Naan... Loved the Taste .. However the Biryani was not that interesting as much it is been hyped about. But the staff and the service is really good and helpful.

Not sure why so much hype for biryani ...today took parcel of chicken biryani ...for my surprise Biryani was made using Dalda and instead of biryani flavour there was all over Dalda flavour in mouth ...very much disappointed

They never seem to have bad food. I had an excellent time at dinner. All the food was so well prepared. The service was excellent and they made sure to keep the food hot while serving. We had salli boti, murg-e-nargis with some amazing tandoori rotis.

Visited JB Pachghani every time I am around Pachghani, this time it was the worst experience - especially around veg. Had requested to prepare non-spicy paneer mutter with clear instructions not to add any masala so that kids could eat. I was assured the same by manager and he acknowledged stating it will have only turmeric, nothing else. Had requested to help get on priority, other order was for adults. The kids order took more time(and that's no an issue). To my utter surprise, it was standard mutter paneer (red gravy). And the manger response was hilarious and frustrating... This is the standard way we prepare!!! I had no other option but to continue our lunch as it was already late. Kids didn't eat that vegetable. Next day, family members who ate that mutter paneer, had food poisoning. I am not sure if this was mere coincidence. My last visit to this place, although they're good in muttonmutton dishes and biryani. No hospitality no customer care or service.
