You can book this bungalow from OYO. Bungalow is located deep inside in Bhilar Village. No nearby restaurant or grocery shop. For everything you have to go to 2km minimum. You cook your own food as Kitchen is available and fridge also. So load your all requirements on your way. This place good to visit in Chilled Winters because this bungalow doesn't have swimming pool but at night you put can camp fire in balcony. It has 4 bedrooms and 1 common hall. Except Swimming pool you have amenities and spacious. Overall very good stay as compared to budget

Can't even bear to give this place a single star... It was a horrible experience...the amenities provided are a joke there are not basic things available like electricity, hot water, drinking water, hygiene... The staff is all of one person who is a Gardner... The rooms had a horrible smell and was filled with insects and bugs... The sheets pillows blankets were dirty.... The towels were rancid... The sofa torn from all the places... There's a kitchenette with no stove... We were supposed to stay in that place for three days and two nights we couldn't even survive that... The caretaker will not start the generator even after repeated requests...

Best bungalow with lots of open space. However you will have to eat on your own. Kitchen use is chargeable. Bungalow is under OYO.

This place isnjust awesome.. Quite and with a great view. Located approx 7km from panchagani. I really loved the experience and service they provide. Stay at this pkace really made my trip to mahabaleshwar awesome to another level.

Very nice place to stay in mahabaleshwar & panchgani is between of both town enjoying royal experience of farm house we r yearly visit here and enjoying this place... staff is very co- operative well management and food quality is excellent thanks for management

It's a nice place. With only one staff. As told by them OYO has instructed them to eliminate hot water supply in the kitchen. Which means the customer suffers on account of the inclement weather. I thought OYO would behave more responsibly. Next they provide you a kitchen with utensils with no gas for heavy cooking. Only mild cooking is possible on the available platform. Which means the client has to drive 5 kms to the nearest restaurant or food habitat. This is again done by OYO not by the landlord so we were told. The bed sheets were torn. The Pillows were filthy under the cover, the beds were not easy to sleep in. one more note for oyo please advise customers to bring their own extra blankets. They have air conditioning for summer but no heating for winter. Which means despite saving on power in winter they refuse to provide extra blankets when requested. There is more to the TV in the rooms. One cannot see the same programmes as those on main TV in living room. Despite requests to oyo on phone. Nobody bothered to check this out. I have given it a 3 star rating because if OYO wants they can improve. I will go back here for at least a note to check on changes if any done. Let's see if OYO looks into this review to oblige paying clients. Food from their restaurant: we requested all our food without chillies. The restaurant confirmed. We ordered. When we received all the food it was all full of chillies. We tried calling them no answer. We literally threw away the food for which we paid Rs. 1300.00. Poor management who should be strict on orders and learn when to say no.
