The MOST PATHETIC bank I have ever experienced. My biggest mistake is that I took home loan from them and still bigger that I repaid a 25 year loan in 6 years. I have received a no-dues mail from bank but these corrupt and highly rude people not only handing me back my property papers. Its covid times, I have a toddler daughter and they have forced me to visit bank n number of times but still I dont have papers! I am speechless, I have no words Pathetic bank actually! They ask someone to call post complaining on social media, who really has no idea of anything, whats going on!! PLS DO NOT TAKE LOANS FROM THIS BANK, THEY ARE NOT BANKS BUT LOAN SHARKS. I HAVE LITERALLY BEEN BEGGING THEM, I AM NOT GETTING MY PAPERS BACK!

Icici Worst branch in the world. Don't expect from them anything. They are not doing anything just making people fool.. More then one month I have requested to link my home loan with Repo Rate but even after raising complaint with RBI Ombudsman they are not doing anything. Most og time staff not available, inadequate knowledge, worst customer dealing and many more. Who is accountable. Branch Manager, Zonal Head, CEO, MD or public..

Staff full of attitude. Cashier thinks she is a star of this universe - il rate her ZERO... No priority support.. Manager is always outside bank talking over the phone. God knows what happend to ICICI.
