The company was supposed to email me the details of the driver prior to my trip, I had to email them requesting these details. When they responded they sent me the details of an ex employee. I called the number in the morning of the trip to find out his location, he explained that he left the company a few weeks ago and was extremely concerned about the fact that his number was given out, breach of confidentiality? Data protection? I called the company to tell them what had happened and they said they would email the correct contact details, again I was sent the wrong details. I had emailed them instructions to give to the driver with regards to parking at our pick up point, these were not relayed onto the driver and because of it he was late. I requested a 49 seater and was instead sent a bigger coach meaning I was unable to bring extra passengers along on the trip. The storage compartment below the coach was full of boxes and other items which meant we couldn’t store all our belongings with ease. On our way back home the side mirror became loose, resulting the driver having to fix it on the hard shoulder and then again on a side road. This was extremely dangerous and put the health and safety of the driver and passengers at risk. I have since emailed the company on two separate occasions with my concerns and no response has been received. PandA coaches, your service was disastrous and dangerous. Your customer service is non existent and I don’t know how you sleep at night. On a positive note, the driver was a total gentleman and was very respectful at all times.
Just come back from the most amazing walking tour. It would never have happened without Panda coaches saving the day in the last minute arranging transport for such an unbelievable price. They were reliable, punctual and friendly to deal with the whole way through. Menorah High School
I don't know how they manage it. From the initial phone call to the driver the best service we have ever had .
If you want safety and professionalism, I'd recommend you go elsewhere. At 01:25 this morning one of their coaches was sat stationary with no hazard lights on at the end of a motorway slip road!. 5 minutes later 01:30 this morning I was driving on the M1 towards Watford and the motorway was reduced to 1 lane, with the 2 left lanes coned off. I was driving at 60MPH as it was wet and road maintenance staff were on the carriageway. A coach from this company, registration: FC02DRZ came right up behind me and put full high, beam headlights on for 3 minutes, trying to intimidate me. I'm not sure whether the driver wanted me to crash into a load of cones? His actions could have had fatal consequences. When the carriageway widened out again, I went into the middle lane, with the intention of allowing the coach to pass on the right, and then I would have moved into the left hand lane, however, the idiot coach driver then decided to overtake me on the left - a completely illegal manoeuvre.
