Dear customes, Don't go to this service centre. This is worst service centre I have seen ever.. tomorrow I am going to break that service centre. And shut down that service centre. They are unprofessional , they thief which take out original parts from your cell phone and cell to others

Service center is ok. If warranty is available service will be free of cost. Water damage will be charged full even if in warranty. Friendly staff but not active.

The staff at the center is excellent. Do not keep you waiting unnecessarily. They repaired my k20 pro in half an hour and the other process in half an hour. Excellent service.

They will charge bill with gst amounts but do not give any gst bill receipts. If we ask for bill they will give irrelevant answer's. Also for simple mobile issues they asked to replace whole part, without proper checking.

I have a mi note 5 Pro today I went for servicing and a issue of charging at 10:30 store was opened but no technician there I was asked to wait for 15 min. At 11:45 technician came and after seeing my cell told that replace of charging socket is needed. I was ready to replace.he told me that socket isn't available have to be ordered it takes10 to12 days though I'm ready. He asked for advance I refused then he asking to surrender cell for10 to12 days its very unprofessional first there is lack of spares. No punctuality. Very bad service.
