We were directed by fever clinic of PANDUA GRAMIN HOSPITAL to reach COVID 19 test centre at super market of cinema tola at sharp 9 A.M. Now it is time 10.07 A.M. But still no one appears at the centre and the shutter is closed. Few patients is in serious condition. They are not in position to stay or wait for a long time. The worst example of unaccountability and unpunctuality is set by the centre under BMOH , PANDUA.
