It is also Wiltshire's only FORD approved Repair Centre. We are Ferrari-Maserati warranty authorised. We repair any type of vehicle body damage, from simple cosmetic repairs to very heavy collision (Range Rover, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Honda, Citroen, Fiat). Our 23,000 ft² body shop includes a specialised Aluminium Bay. We welcome the Retail sector, ANY Insurance work, Fleet and dealerships,amongst others. We deal with At Fault & Non-Fault accidents. Retails customers can enjoy an excess discount and can rely our Repair Coordinators to take over the whole process from early claim stages to completion of the work. PCUK's staff are trained by manufacturers so that repairs are carried out expertly in accordance to manufacturer processes; vehicles are repaired SAFELY. Panelcraft is strongly NOT advised. I gave my tesla in in April 2019, and after getting it back in September, I had to give it BACK because the Air Conditioning wasn't working (all of a sudden). I eventually got it back in later November, and there was a new issue with one of the door handles not working. I went back and asked them to fix this but they refused time and time again. I would never suggest PanelCraft to anyone and I would tread carefully if you and giving your car to them. They also have a small stock of basic cars in their courtesy car pool. I can't advise AGAINST this business any stronger than this. Especially if you have a TESLA, i recommend against using this company because they will probably mess you around and if it was anything like my experience, you won't get your car back for many months (and there will be additional problems to be fixed- they will create new problems with your car)! Problems I experienced: -Body work on vehicle not done correctly -New scratches on body work -AC problem arised -Driver side door handle didnt present when opening the car (tesla model S) -Battery not charge when I got a notication on the Tesla App to 'charge the car otherwise battery will be affected) -Car returned twice not cleaned (outside and inside) -They made me take their courtesy car (red VW Golf) to a service appointment - the whole repair over 6 months!

The team did an absolutely stellar job on my car, removing all the corrosion and painting the panels to a factory finish. The customer service was also excellent with Dani the estimator pulling all the stops to keep me updated and ensure I was satisfied with the job. Highly recommend and will be going back again soon for another car to be restored.

All staff I came in contact with were very polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and anything they were unable to answer they would find out. I definitely recommend them.

I took my 15 year old Ford Ka to Panelcraft for some work and 8 days later I picked it up and was amazed by the out come, the car looked like new and the quality of work was of a very high standard. I certainly recommend Panelcraft to everyone.
