Have been attending classes for a month now, and the results are significant. I wake up easy and fully refreshed, my posture have improved, so has my general well being. The classes mainly focus on power yoga, the instructor takes into account any physical problem one has and suggests proper asana. The biggest selling point is the location, its in midst of greenery and we get to do yoga while sunrise grazes us. Highly recommended for all age groups and people.
