My parcel (qty-5) was booked Jaipur Golden Transport , Panipat by Puja Home Furnishings, Panipat on 31 Oct 20 vide bill way No 610108346 for Dhorimanna, Barmer which was promised to deliver on 3-4 Nov 20. When the same was not delivered,I contacted at Panipat branch,they told that it will be dispatched on 5 th Nov 20 and take 3-4 days. On 8 Nov 20 , the parcels reached Barmer and Goyal Transport Co, Barmer had denied to deliver at Dhorimanna and asked to collect it from Barmer. Branch at Barmer also denied to deliver it without builty in original even I produced my identity and address . I made multiple calls at jaipur and Panipat but they didn't bother about this. When Puja Home Furnishings had submitted builty at Panipat office , they agreed to deliver item at late night on 08 Nov 20 for which I have paid extra Rs 2000 to take item from Barmer to Dhorimanna. However Goyal Transport has it's own Tpt facility up to Dhorimanna but he demied. I found following difficulties till item delivered:- (a) it was not delivered on time. (b) it was not delivered at right place but charged for my place. (c)Not received mobile call (Panipat branch). (d) Rude behaviour of staff at Panipat Branch and imposed unnecessary conditions while delivering items to receiver. (e) very slow service. (f) Very Much Expensive. (g) No home delivery. Thanks
