Till date Experience with Khusi ford is satisfactory for me, Staff is very cooperative specially Mr. Neetu singh Servise Manager, Mrs. Pallavi, Mrs. Kirti, Mr.Rahul all are supportive and advise us in advanse related to Servise, Warranty..... But the thing which I observed during servise is that they need to give more focus on Washing area..Drycleanning nd overall cleanning of vehicle. Thease section are run by Contractor so On roll staff are not giving more focus on thease areas.... My advise is only to improve thease section...for.more satisfaction of end User.. Rest all are doing their god Job....

Honestly Place is good enuf to get you car service people here are cooperative and supportive besides company policy...you just need to calm....BUT THE MAIN THING THAT NEED TO CHANGE I.E. CUSTOMERS LOUNGE WHICH DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE CHANGE AND SPACIOUS AND NEED HIGH SPEED WIFI SO THE CUSTOMER CAN PAY ONLINE PAYMENT EASILY AS THE NETWORK OF MOBILE IS LOW AT THE PLACE.

Zero rating fot them. I recently visited at dealership. As we entered the showroom no one attended us. Receptionist was busy in eating cake. We sat on round table for about 10 minutes. After that we self ask for assistance for new car. Sales consultant didn't offered any tea or coffee. Floor near the display cars was not clean. 0 rating for staff

Good experience. Prompt services. Good Co-operation and support. But we should careful for our car. If you will not alert, you have to pay 500 Rs for wiring of actual cost of only 10 Rs. Bargaining can be done everywhere. I have to pay 150 Rs after bargaining.

Experience was not good according to pearl ford karnal . They provide customers very nice hospitality. There I missed good job as pearl Ford provide us . There are very poor management . Agar koi negative mein rating bhi hoti toh main inko "- 5 " deta. Inki poor service and rates ke liye
