I have provided my address proof several times to these folks yet they are not able to change it for my account. I went to escalate this to manager who wasn't able to resolve the issue either and wasn't helpful either inf act it sounded like he doesn't wants to help at all. He wasn't even able to agree on simple straightforward thing to communicate updates to customer which is very pathetic. Last but not least, he even refused to accept my Adhaar card for address proof because it was a soft copy, the hard copy i had was for an older address and no one receives new card if you change your address. Seriously, in which decade you guys are living? Pathetic! I will take my business elsewhere.
