Dayanara's Vlog

My mom went to have my PNB check encash on this branch. She provided the bank her ID and she already signed two times at the back of the check but the bank insisted that she deposit it to her account. At the end she was advise to go back after she provide her account number. What I don't understand is that why does the bank need my mom's account number if she just wants to encash the check? Rest assured my mom will not go back to this branch. She will just waste her time and money.
