Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. You cannot speak to anyone in the company once you give them your money. We have ordered a 2 doors and 3 windows. They turned mid September, 3 weeks late. The blinds we ordered with the doors and windows haven't turned up. The replacement 'temporary' glass didn't fit so the customer is left with ply board in their new doors and windows. I have called every day to get a delivery date for the blinds which no one can answer. The door has the powder coat coming off and the door was made to open out and it's supposed to be open in. The response was to turn the hinges upside down and now we can't adjust the doors. Save your time, money and patience. I have driven up to Kettering to pick up parts that were wrong and made over 100 phone calls and the job is still not complete. I feel like ripping the doors and and fitting proper Aluminum windows doors and bifolds. I have asked for compensation even for the trip to Kettering but no, they don't give compensation.. Luckily all calls on my phone are recorded and will be taking this further once the job is complete. I have already.

I must say the product is good and experience during ordering process through survey and installation was top notch and very professional. So that is sales cycle. During installation several faults were identified by installation team and reported back duly. Installation was in Later November 2019 and till today service team has not moved an inch to rectify the problems. At least what they could do is reporting on the progress or cause of delay. We know pandemic has hit this country middle of march before that four and half months were go by no proactive communication. First I came to know installation fault report was berried under the carpet and my email after a month made it live. then again two month of silence and came to know parts need to come from China. Clearly a priority issue of sales (revenue) vs service (non-revenue or liability).So after 8 months I am still having the issue in their own word \ Several outstanding issues\. I don't think they will resolve this any foreseeable future as money got handed over almost 10 months ago so . It is a pity such a nice product have so many bad reviews due to poor service. If I see the on-line reviews I see no change in the company and Owner needs to seriously think if they at least can make the payment model such that 10% payment be made only after the installation. that will make this company really great and service department will not have to deal with priority issues. Just rectifying my issue is not going to address this systemic issues it need new thinking and change in payment structure. That would be a long term solution. In summary this company is still not a recommendable company unfortunately

Generally speaking I don't like leaving negative reviews publicly, but these are costly products and I belive future customers should hear both positive and negative experiences to make informed decisions. Equally in my 'unanswered' emails I have made my feelings known to them. I would be incredibly cautious of buying from Panoramic UK. Although the product is unique and offers a fresh approach to 'bi-fold' doors. The service and organisation leaves a lot to be desired. We had problems since original surveyor making mistakes and misinformed us, failed install visits, additional cost for rearranged installation, two further service visits due to faults (we have had them less than 6mths) and now no communication regarding our still outstanding insect screen. Been waiting since May/June. No information and completely in the dark, been fobbed off with 'relocation' and 'covid' as excuses, but now being ignored. We just want it finished so we can try and forget about it. Incredibly disappointed as these doors were supposed to be the centre piece of our project, instead they have become a regret. A costly mistake.

Do Not Trust This Company Having been recommended this company personally by someone who had doors supplied and fitted (they had a few issues with glass not arriving and marks on the doors which were rectified eventually) i decided to obtain a quote i filled out the quote application and included all relevant details of my job including ticking the box for installation which increased the amount on the quote by 1200 . January sale time they emailed me the same quote minus 20% i thought great time to order doors i rang them with debit card in hand only to be informed the quote wasnt valid and they now wanted 1800 to install the doors i personally think the quote system is fraudulent . Anyhow needless to say i am now taking my business elsewhere. Looking at recent feedback i think i have had a lucky escape and would advise anyone to be very careful dealing with this company.
