I have been buying cakes from Alex @ Pantry and she goes out of her way to help others. Excellent customer service and they do the best cakes. They always try to help you by helping you to stay within your budget. I had a massive cake done recently for my daughter birthday and it was delicious and gorgeous. Highly recommended.
So I bought a cake this time last year for my daughters birthday and sent pictures and showed pictures of what I wanted and they did a terrible job however tried their best to make it better with their service. As the cake is so yummy, I ordered a cake again for my daughters birthday, this year I wanted a plain white cake because I had all the elements at home to add for example a topper; and sprinkles etc to match the theme of my daughters party! However when I went to pick it up, I told her the top is not level she told me that because there is no piping it won’t be level! However people make it level all the time so how come she didn’t, It was just a normal 10inch cake with buttercream frosting! So another disappointment.. gave it two tries and because cake so nice I keep going back .. next time I’m never going back! Need to find a new cake shop!
