Very bad experience. Hotel is not safe for stay. Rooms are not clean properly, door lock not working, washroom washbasin tap is not working. And we found one of the guest issue while staying in hotel, hotel staff was looking into the room from door lock and that guest caught him while doing this. That was insecure feeling in the hotel. Staff was not supporting at all. Hotel management need to look into this issues to do the better business.

This property is basic but fulfills the purpose of one night stay if you have work in Panvel. I was having a 2 days shoot in Panvel and chose to stay here one night to avoid commute. The staff is really helpful and did their best to serve me.
