Bad customer service, no value for customer, sales person that i met was very poor with the knowledge about the models, he is working there and he was not at all confident about the information he was giving, very bad experience, i will not suggest simran moters to my family and friends in future

Frankly speaking they are not well managed.I wanted to have a service estimation for my car and they do not have any technicians available and they tell me to come after 4 days with an appointment just for estimating the cost of the car service.Basically if I have big problem and I want genuine service with my car functioning I would have to wait for 4 days until the damaged cars gets repaired. @Commercial Channel : Please pass on the review to the 4wheeler channel just the same way as you had given my mobile number to them for call back..Literally 5 to 10 times they called me to know when i am coming for the service and when i went to the service center,there is no technician so please take into account your service first and then comment.
