Not a fan of clinics or hospitals. However, the staff at Paola are so involved in the caring of the my wellbeing, that going there is something I actually look forward to. I want to thank you on your extra efforts during these times and for you getting my new glasses....Not enough stars... H. Groce

Have been using the Paola VA Clinic for 2 years now. Very professional and friendly staff who always make you feel welcome and care about your health care needs. Appointments are easy to get and they value your time. Before retirement from a local government I had an excellent Blue Cross health plan that was actually the most expensive available for our city employees - my treatment, care and experience with both the Paola VA Clinic and the main VA hospital in KC have exceeded my Blue Cross plan in every way. I know all we hear about are the horror stories about the VA in various areas around the country but I can't imagine better treatment or care anywhere!

Professional, courteous, and relaxing. Unlike other the rest of VA when visiting the staff in Paola you are met with the small town DR office atmosphere. The smiles and welcomes from the front desk to the labs and your Primary Care. Really a good experience with the VA at this location.
