I had recently purchased a very nice looking 1941 Walther PPK from the Legacy Collectibles website for a decent price. When I received the PPK a few days later, I found that it was just as described and was initially very happy. After inspecting the outside of the gun for a bit, I took the slide off the receiver and checked the inside surface. PPKs in this time frame typically have the last 3 digits of the receiver serial number hand scribed on the inside surface of the slide. The scribing was very light, but I saw that the last digit was off by just one….it was a four instead of a five. As this was not in the Legacy Collectibles website description, I immediately took a picture and sent it to Tom and Chris at Legacy and asked for their opinion. They were very apologetic and said it was an honest oversight and most likely it was a factory error rather than a true mismatch. Well, needless to say, I am very particular regarding matched guns, so they said I could return it for a refund which I did. Within a day of the gun being returned to Legacy, I received an email from Chris saying that Tom had pulled a very comparable PPK from his own collection….let me repeat….from his own collection…and offered to ship it out to me as a replacement! The pictures he sent were fantastic and of course I said yes! This PPK was matched on the receiver and slide and the serial number was 1000 off from the returned PPK. It was also in better condition than the returned gun! Needless to say, I was a very happy camper, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the PPK and the level of customer service that I had received from Legacy Collectibles. I am always treated with respect and personal care at the highest level at Legacy……and that is hard to find in any online store these days. The quality of the guns are top notch as well, and all of these positive attributes are what keeps me coming back for more. Thanks Tom and Chris!!

Outstanding Custiomer Service! I recently ordered a firing pin for my P08 Luger. A couple days after placing my order I received an email from Scott informing me that he was out of town and there would be a delay in shipping it. Which was no problem at all for but I greatly appreciated the heads up. A couple weeks later I received a call from him asking me if I had any preference on the exact type of firing pin which surprised me greatly as it was far beyond what I would expect from any company, but again greatly appreciated. When my order finally arrived the part was in excellent condition and fit perfectly in my pistol. Will definitely come to Legacy again should I have need for any more parts.

There's so much I could say about my experience with Legacy Collectibles, but to sum it up they're spectacular! I've had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Randy and Chris. Both of these guys were absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful, and sincere with all of our communications, both on the phone and via email. The items they have listed are very detailed with an honest assessment of each item, detailed description, and honest pricing. Upon receiving my items (5) I was thrilled to see the guns were professionally packaged and wrapped with the upmost care. I would not hesitate to do business with Legacy Collectibles and I've easily made their website one of my go to daily, and even hourly, checks.
I wish all companies were this easy to work with. Excellent product knowledge, super staff and they are simply the best! I highly recommend Tom and his staff. They have fair prices and over the top grading. I have purchased quite a few collectibles from them and have never been disappointed.
