Worst experience with a business that I have ever encountered. Waited for my order for months only to be informed it was damaged, unassembled, and I would have to drive further than agreed upon to pick it up. Was yelled at by the owner because I was unhappy with my experience. Instead of resolving the issue with integrity and allowing me to decide what to do, she informed me that she would mail me a check for a refund instead of giving me what I had paid for. You would be better off ordering from a big store and having it shipped to your house. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I have known Windhorst for 7 years. I bought a used refrigerator and a used washer from them. Very reasonable prices. After 5 years, the refrigerator needed repair. They came and installed a switch that was faulty the same day! Also the washer needed a support piece replaced and it was done properly the next day. Great service with a smile and support with friendly people.
