The worst experience. We paid for doorstep delivery yet the lady at badripur paonta sahib branch wants us to pick up from the office to save rickshaw or labour charges. Earlier we used to pick ourselves during lockdown understanding the situation but now everything is open , yet she is making excuses . And when I said it’s important she said “door delivery Nahi hogi aap kisi or Courrier se karwa le” when it’s paid for door delivery. Now everything is open in paonta sahib yet she’s withholding delivery of essential medicines just to save her rickshaw money I guess. Worst service ever
