I don't know what others were thinking, as for me I'm satisfied with the services. I went there today for my son having his extraction, both doc and the staff are friendly and full with courtesy instead their prompt in action. Keep it up.

I also had a bad experience in this clinic. Several weeks before I had a filling treatment here, the filling is not free since my family still need to pay for that but the behaviour of one of the dentist and her nurse there is really unforgettable!! What kind of health service treatment who publicly said with their own mouth that they did not want to treat me again the next time I need to visit there even though I had repeatedly asking them to refilling one my teeth since the teeth still have a sensitivity more than 4 weeks since the first filling been done after many months waiting for a treatment for broken tooth. The doctor also refused to treat the tooth but instead want to drilling on other tooth, keeping saying the previous one got no problem! Helloooo! Please fix the tooth that got a problem first before want to treat the others!! We pay for your services and we don't need any badmouthing from your staffs!!!

Good for basic check-up, but I don't recommend on the filling. Seems lack of "friendly doctor".

Good one for normal tooth extraction but not recommended for an oral minor surgery. The dentist was way too rough in handling me, causing my lips to bleed a little and become extremely swollen (that i had to use a gel cream to heal it) even though i told him repeatedly to stop. I wanted to take a break because the friction hurt and he kept on pulling my lips. Instead, he told me to remain patient. Now my lips hurt more than my gums. It is like another problem occurred when the dentist could have avoided it at the first place by being gentle during the surgery. Next time if the dentist tells you to undergo a minor oral surgery for wisdom tooth extraction, do consider other options. Please remember that you will be paying for a surgery, NOT a harsh treatment.

Worst service! While I can tolerate the other female staffs, one of the female doctors there doesn't seems very good in treating patients especially in communication. I come here for treatment, not to listening any unnecessary bullsh*t!
