Paperjam has become my go-to print shop near me for absolutely anything. I’ve been selling greeting cards for a while now, and here’s why I’ll never switch printers. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I stepped into Paperjam without really knowing what I needed. Deb was knowledgeable and patient, explaining the process until I knew exactly what I was ordering. Since then, the staff has been friendly, accommodating, and very good at what they do. These people are efficient! I usually get a response within a couple of hours of when I email. Their quote system is easy and intuitive, but they are still happy to discuss options after you input your initial specifications. I’ve always been satisfied with my order. To reiterate, these people are amazing, truly the pinnacle of small business.

I went in with artwork very nuanced in color, and got incredibly true to color results on beautiful paper. They are a pleasure to work with!
We recently worked with Paperjam to produce some brochures for a personal project. They were super responsive and did the job well and quickly! We had a bit of design work done in addition to the printing, and the designer understood our wishes and added a few nice touches that really increased the professional look of our brochures.
