I have been a franchise owner with Dial a Dog Wash for almost 9 years. When I first started out, it was comforting to know that I had my trainer (Wayne) on the end of the phone for any questions or concerns. I also had an immediate extended family in my bordering franchise owners - offering spare equipment in emergencies and advice when needed. The support from Head Office over the years has always been excellent, and continues to be all these years later. The van conversions we receive are super quality and exceptional value for money too. I have an established, successful business and it's all thanks to the great springboard I've had in joining Dial a Dog Wash. Thanks guys!

I joined as a franchisee with Dial A Dog Wash 11 years ago and it's the best decision I have made in my lifetime. After 25 years working in the beauty industry as a senior executive I had reached a point where I dreaded getting up to go to work. What was once a glamorous exciting and rewarding job had become a chore and one that left me stressed and strung out at the end of every week. I now work part time, with another employee for myself as a Dial A Dog Wash franchisee. I have a great income for working hard four days a week and my free time is my own. I look forward to work every day and love my doggy customers and their owners. I choose my holidays to suit me and manage my business around my other commitments. I would not hesitate in recommending the franchise to anyone who genuinely loves dogs and people and is prepared to work hard. In fact, I already have and three people through my recommendation joined the business as franchisees and have built excellent businesses for themselves too. We are well supported by our Head Office team, there is always someone available to help and there's always a solution to any challenges or peoblems that arise. I couldn't imagine ever doing anything else!
I have been a Franchise owner for a year now and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made! It was a huge jump for me to go from a full time employed job that I had been in for 10 years to being self employed, after a lot of thought I decided to go for it and haven’t looked back since. My franchise didn’t come with a current customer base so I have built this up from scratch to a fantastic little business earning more than I ever was and doing less hours!! The back up from the forum and head office has been amazing there is always someone at the end of the phone if you have any problems! I love that I can manage my own time and make it as flexible as I like and now I could imagine my life not being Carly Dial A Dog Wash!
Joining Dial A Dog wash last year was the best decision I ever made. With the full support of the DADW team, the process was a breeze from start to finish! I can now work around my family, make my own schedule and I thoroughly enjoy my job. I’m in full control of my working hours and earnings and I’ll never look back! The hands on training gave me the confidence and skills I needed, and support and guidance are still available as I continue my grooming journey.
My experience with Dialadogwash was that there was good communication. An excellent service and highly recommend this company if you would like to buy a franchise and do the job of your dreams. I have been a Dial a Dog Wash franchise owner for 5 months now and it’s been an amazing 5 months to say the least. The support from everyone has been incredible and I couldn’t ask for more, there is someone there for you 24/7 when you need help and even buying the business during Covid-19 and lockdown it has been a breeze and I feel like I haven’t worked a single day since. If you love dogs and want to be your own boss this is definitely the company for you!
I have now owned and ran a Dial a dog wash franchise for nearly 9 years . Easily the best business decision I’ve ever made , with an excellent turnover/profit that has increased every year , great flexibility being your own boss to work around my family commitments , great job satisfaction knowing you really make a difference to the dogs, and a great feeling to be a real part of my local community . Although I work on my own I’ve always felt like a real part of the Dial a dog wash uk team , head office have always and continue to be there whenever I needs them, for support, advice or just a catch up chat and the forum allows all the uk groomers to chat/discuss any problems/queries /questions you may have, here’s to the next 9 years .
Been with dial a dog wash over 8 years now, I've had nothing but great support and advice over the years from head office, whenever I've needed help with equipment / advice, head office have always gone above and beyond to ensure my business can operate as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
