I have been seeing Laura since November 2020 when I damaged my knee . I cannot thank her enough for her help and support in getting me quite literally back on my feet . I have other on going issues with my back hip and other knee due to Arthritis which Laura helps me with . Laura has alway made me feel at ease and completely comfortable, answers any questions and explains why and how I need to do certain exercises. She has always advised me on how often I need to attend but is never pushy as I have improved I have needed less visits however l always come out after seeing her 10 ft tall and feeling incredible! Thank you Laura .

I have recently been eternally fortunate to have been able to deal with Laura from Middleway, for help with an ongoing issue that I'd been having. She was absolutely amazing! First of all she immediately made me feel at ease, due to her genuinely warm, friendly and exceptionally caring manner. Then once we had both mutually agreed on and established an appropriate plan of action, she was thereafter exceptionally supportive throughout and I always found the way she gently coaxed me through the whole programme (without ever coming across as pushy in the slightest) to be particularly helpful. Afterwards, the knowledge that she is still there any time I need her, has provided me with continuous peace of mind. My overall quality of life has now ended up a million times better than it was before, all thanks to this wonderful lady. Thank you so much Laura!

I cannot recommend Laura at Middleway enough! After a car accident in 2006 I’ve always had back, hip pain and numb toes. 3 sessions in and I can feel my toes! I’ve also just had my first beach walk with out intense back pain. I usually wear a tens machine! I’m just blown away! Thank you so much!

I don’t usually write reviews but when someone makes you feel so depressed, anxious and upset after a session I feel other people need to be warned not to go here! Over the weekend, I visited this place for a sports massage with Laura. She was very rude, patronising and extremely unprofessional. She started the session by spending at least 10 minutes lecturing me about what sports I do and how I should basically focus on one and bin the others, she has clearly never heard of a triathlete! I felt like she victimised me and made the session really awkward and uncomfortable. She also didn’t leave the room when I got undressed, just held up a towel as if this was ok. In the last 15 minutes, to add to the awkwardness of the session, she mentioned that she didn’t feel we got on, not once but twice! This is not the sort of comments you want to hear when you’re meant to be trying to relax. I have NEVER been treated in such a disrespectful way and made to feel like everything I do is wrong. No one should be made to feel like I have because of this session. I left the session and cried because of how she made me feel. This place is much more expensive than anywhere else, and definitely not worth it.

I had a sports massage with Laura and I couldn't be happier with the results I got for my injured shoulder. I was in severe pain but it only took a few sessions before there was an improvement. Laura was friendly, empathetic and very professional. I had complete confidence in her knowledge and expertise. Highly recommended!
