Such a lovely welcome when you arrive hot drink and a slice of cake, the rooms are lovely too. The breakfast choice is really good. Fairly close to the Eden project. And the couple who runs it are very nice make sure that you no where you going. Highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to go to the Eden project.
