Overpriced and very bad service! Quotation over the phone initially is lower compared to others but when they are already at your place or at the site, you are charged for additional fees not agreed upon over the phone, which kept adding up. De-clogging super overpriced compared to others AT LEAST 2,000.00 higher than others. According to them de-clogging rate would be dependent on the extent of work. In our case, the de-clogging was completed in less than two hours, obviously was a simple task but they still charged us Php 10,500.00. I was trying to negotiate for them to lower the fee but to no avail. The way they deal with their customers was obviously very deceitful.
