I problem is the same the product is not delivered to me but they sent me a message that it's delivered but it's not. And how pathetic this work could get. But it was resolved quickly thank to the executive

Some time it may delay with the service. But rest of d time, in my opinion the servies is good among all the Courier service.
The service is very good.. Also have DHL Services which helps customer.
The customer service of this courier office is pathetic. They don't even bother to speak with you regarding any issue. Without delivering the product they send you messages that your product is delivered. They don't even have a number to solve any issue.
From Bhubaneswar to paradeep it take 5 to 6 days for delivery
