Though this is the first Maritime Museum of Odisha, due to poor management and display of objects it's not attracting visitors

Exhibits mainly the important things of a marine life. If you are interested in seas then you should come here.
A really good museum depicting the history of Indian navy and ancient boats used for trading. The entry is free of cost. It shows the history since sea is being used for trade. There are samples of various kinds of ships. All the port offices have their architectural design over here. The inside of the ship is shown which shows compass, steering and lighting materials. Various raw materials which are exported and imported are show. Do visit to know the history.
Marine museum is not so big but it has some amazing sea fishes. Entry fee per head is 15 in this museum.
