Very poor, bad n slow service by professional courier. I had booked a parcel on 24 Oct 20 to tamil nadu from Paradeep branch, but after 9 days it reached chennai only not the destination yet. In speed post with Rs.40 charges it will reach the destination by this time. After charging Rs. 100 for the parcel it doesnt reach the destination, It is the poor management of professional courier as people says..I had booked the parcel bcos the staff has promised that it will reach by 4days maximum. If we take the parcel by hand and walk then also it will reach by this time.

Worst delivery service..For this courier I missed the admission in college . please never trust this service also their tracking update.Because they are updating wrong..i badly faced all this problem...
