We had a gas leak, they came out on a Friday night within 20 mins. Stayed until they finished the job. Neat,Clean respectful , nice Would highly recommend them
These guys are my new plumbers for life. Kevin and the entire team at Paradigm were top notch. They came out on time, worked efficiently, and solved my problem. I had ground water backing up and creating a little puddle in my unfinished basement for 2 years. The big brand company I called last year sent 40 ft of snake through it and couldn't find any issue. Quoted me 6,300 to go through the whole system with a camera and a jet and that should show the issue. I said I'll get another opinion and called Paradigm. Kevin showed up, heard my story and though outside the box. Sent a camera up through the system from the opposite way (big company guy refused to do this) and about 20 minutes later we found the blockage and cleared it up. Saved me 6,300 in less than an hour. Call these guys and you wont be disappointed.
Thanksgiving can be stressful enough, but then find out you have standing water in your basement. I actually called a dry restoration company and they led me to a plumber. James from Paradigm plumbing was heaven sent. He took such really care my family and I. Kindness can go such a long way especially with what we are going through now. If you have any plumbing needs, don’t hesitate to call.
