With all the problems I had with Paradise I cant imagine that these reviews are accurate and truthful. More problems than I can list. Only positive is the tech was very nice. Does not make up for this horrible company or Whirlpool's horrible products. First appointment, technician shows up and was here for under 5 minutes and told me he cant fix the fridge and must order parts. Fridge less than 6 months old and completely frozen up and not keeping food cold. Made appointment for the following Wednesday. Tech asked that I defrost the fridge my self so he can change parts. I grudgingly did it . Tech does not show up as scheduled and does not call. My food and needed life saving medicine are in a cooler on ice. I called in and they told me all the parts needed did not come in. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AS WHIRLPOOL REQUIRES YOU TO USE THEM AND WILL ONLY REPLACE IT IF WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH. WAS WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH BUT DID NOT REALIZE IT WAS A MANUFACTURING ISSUE. Now they set an appointment to come back and gave a 3 hour window. 11-2pm. At 2 PM I called, They never called me. and they said the tech was running late about 45 mins. Then they called right at 3 and said the tech was at previous appt and would be here shortly. Not its almost 4:30PM and tech just called 20-30 mins out. Not reliable, not professional, do not care for customers time and want you to do part of the repair. What? 3K fridge less than 6 months old and they will not replace the boat anchor fridge and require you to use a worthless company to repair it. American quality at its finest. Dot not but a Whirlpool product as you will be forced to use this company to repair. I would not trust any good review of this company.

They got me in their schedule within a couple of days, they came on time and quickly fixed my oven. They could have taken advantage and told me all kinds of parts were needed, but it was fixed with the cost of the one visit and I couldn't be more pleased! The repairman was professional and knowledgable.

The repair man Larry was amazingly professional, he was easy to talk too about how long it will take, what the problem was etc. I haven't received this good quality repair and service in a long time and will definitely recommend! 5stars for quality, professionalism, fast and easy service and he fixed what I didn't see that needed to be fixed so he definitely went above and beyond! Amazing job to the company for hiring such a professional!

Mario is great to deal with, he is professional, quick and efficient! We have had him out to work on both our washer and dryer under warranty and he made sure it was fixed properly and even did a once over on the rest of the machines to make sure they were good. I will definitely call Paradise Appliance for my future repairs.
