Melanie is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very Covid aware and I felt safe and relaxed during my reflexology session. I have since had no needle acupuncture for pain and Melanie was brilliant doing an online session explaining how it works and getting me to find the areas she had pre marked on hand photos. This has helped me manage pain that I have been suffering for more than 6 months. Thanks Melanie and see you soon.

Today I had my second ever reflexology treatment on my feet. The first one was last week. I can’t believe how good I feel and calm. Looking forward to my next treatment in a weeks time
Desperate to find help in combating nerve pain I booked a reflexology session with Melanie. After the first session I had a pain free and undisturbed night’s sleep, the first in several months and was delighted to feel much better generally after the first appointment. Although much improved, the pain did not go away altogether and in a subsequent reflexology session, Melanie gave helpful suggestions as how to manage the pain and some exercises to carry out which also made a difference. I can certainly recommend the experience which is very relaxing but most importantly beneficial in restoring good health. Thank you, Melanie. Looking forward to the next session!
Fantastic treatment. Very tense and in pain after bereavement, reflexology on feet and hands helped me relax. After some treatments out of pain and feeling so much better. So grateful.
