Been in West Bend for 18 months now after a move from Oregon where I had most excellent dental care. Had to get a dentist. After a horrific experience at another (un-named) dentist in West Bend, I was referred to Paradise Dental by a co-worker. Had a bit more than usual anxiety after the last experience. So, 1st, they are not crown happy (last place recommended 3 crowns, Paradise 1) 2nd, were thorough in telling me what they are doing & the reasons behind it. 3rd - NO PAIN!!!!! 4th, a great sense of warmth & humor by everyone. I am so relieved to once again have a dentist I can trust & feel calm about.

Dr. Kusik and the entire team are exceptional. From the moment you walk in they are welcoming and professional. Very easy to talk to, everyone form the team was competent. And Dr. Kusik took the time to walk through what he was doing, and made sure I had my questions answered. I highly recommend!

This was easily the best experience I've had at a dentist office. Everyone including the receptionists, assistants, dentists was very friendly and professional. Dr. Kusik explained every step and my options clearly. When I was getting ready to leave, the receptionist at the desk greeted me and had everything ready to go including my treatment plan, appointment dates, and the cost for the treatment I would need next directly from the insurance company. The facility to clean and organized and everyone was clearly taking extra precautions to sanitize and keep patients safe. Thank you!
