Enjoyed shopping here half a day however, when we arrived there was 3 salespeople who talked to us and after looking for about 2 hours not one asked us if we needed help. Little weird considering we were looking to make a purchase.

Terrible experience! Bought a 2018 Ford Fusion in November. Was told a brand new battery was put on it that day. A month after buying the car before I even made my first payment the car I was having to boost the car. Went and they put a new battery on it was good for one more month then it was going dead daily again went back and I was told the battery couldn’t be replaced and it was probably because I wasn’t driving the car enough..I drive it DAILY! I received a call from John but I was unable to take the call at the time so I called back left my name and number and asked for a call back..nothing! Now four months later I not only have a car that I have to boost every single day to go anywhere it is also having motor issues and a terrible noise coming from the front end when I turn. Absolutely would not recommend them to anyone!!!
My first time going here was an awful experience. I got a call from a sales guy about trying to buy a truck, and he assured me that he had exactly what I had described to him that I was looking for. Got my wife and 1 month old loaded up and drove there and found out when I got there that he had lied to me.. Not cool. Finally after all the lies we left and happily bought a truck from somewhere else.

Went over yesterday and salesman insulted my trade. Knowing full well what the truck is worth. I understand if it were a car. Also insulted his own sister dealership across the highway. I plan to call Keith bayird and inform him of how non professional his salesman was. I don't appreciate being treated that way. Bottom line they didn't want my trade and didn't care if he sold a vehicle that day.
The guys in the auto body shop were great so helpful and very attentive to the small details

Just like any dealership, salesmen use ploys to suck you into deals that sound good but cost you more than what you could acheive in a private sale. They use prize flyers to promote business. No prices on the used vehicles because they want to get as much as possible. Enjoy paying too much for a vehicle that will depriciate as soon as you get it. People there are nice though. Do your research before buying from a dealer lot.
