Over cooked pizza, more crust than actual toppings and sauce. Pizza tracker said order was ready and after arriving to the store had waited at least 10 min only for another vehicle to pull up and for them to receive theirs... which had been on top of mine. Not a pleasant experience

I'm at the Paragould Domino's and decided to write a quick review while I'm waiting. I stopped for pizza for my kids back in late August and literally was served 2 of the best pizzas I ever had in my life. They were hot, veggies tasted fresh, they were cheesy as they could be and best of all I didn't have to throw any out. My kids never eat leftover pizza. Well, I'm back again tonight 9-5-20 and the same staff are here. Austin was the person to take my order tonight, just as he was before and I am hoping for the same great quality pizza on this visit. Domino's has really improved their pizza and I'm happy to see it.
This is the first time I have ordered at this location and I was very dissatisfied and disappointed ! ! ! One of the workers was rude to me I asked them to re-cut my pizza tonight because it wasn't cut all the way through and when I asked them to re-cut it felt like I was in the wrong for asking them . My second thing is that the pizza had too many big bubbles as well ... So I'm really not liking this dominos pizza location what so ever i don't think it needs any stars for this place. I like domino's pizza but I'll never order from this location again because how they treat people on a job they are required to do as they messed up ... Look at the pictures I posted am I really on the wrong here about looking like they never cut the pizza at all ! ! ! This place is located bon 14th st in Pargould Arkansas, 72450.
I ordered extra cheese and it barely had cheese on it let alone extra cheese. I also ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub that was over cooked and so hard I could not eat most of the bread. Very disappointed!!!
