I had insurance through this company for a while. They are a 3rd party service to get you to an actual insurance company. When I had my billing switched over, the front desk person answering phone calls never got anywhere with my case. Fast forward to months after I get insured by a good company, I get letter in the mail from a collection agency. Turns out that they never updated my billing information and let my account get turned to collections. This company is a joke, all they did was worsen my credit, and never took care of the issue. If I had to guess, they never updated my billing at all. JOKE OF A COMPANY
