Unfortunately, I have to agree with Doris Molinero and Lura Roberts…I found Josh very hard to get a response from. I am also doubly disappointed because I truly feel that he is taking advantage of the “COVID” situation and charging exorbitant prices for much less work…he charged me twice the price for a two page document refusing to notarize it, than he charged for a multiple page document WITH notarizing a year and a half ago… I feel taken advantage of. I was on a time constraint, and the whole time I had to question him, via email, to make sure that he was going to follow through, since before I paid his hefty fee, he did not respond to texts or emails in a timely manner… AFTER I paid his fee, he did respond to my emails… Needless to say, I would not recommend his services…

Doris Molinero

Unfortunately I have to agree with Lura Roberts review. I contacted Josh last July regarding an error he made when he recorded our Warranty Deed. At that time he told me he would correct it. A couple months went by and I heard nothing. I made several attempts to call and always either got the answering machine or a full voicemail box recording, but no call back. Finally in November I sent him a threatening text to get his attention. He did reply then and sent me a cover letter to attach to the deed. I again emailed him asking him to take care of the re-recording. Again no reply. So I took care of the re-recording and the additional recording fee for his error. Needless to say this is not someone I would recommend.
