High quality furniture. Reliable people! Very professional. Quick delivery. Most of furniture are in stock. We got almost all our furniture from this store so we save a lot of time and money. We are upset about their services, unprofessional responses, and quality of the furniture. We had lots of complains about them. First of all, we finally got our furniture after 5 1/2 months of waiting which they promised us 3 months. They kept saying it was customized, and it took time to make it. On top of that, they had no control of country who made the furniture; they could not say anything to them to push the order. By the way, we ordered a customized sofa set from NORDIC, Germany. We paid about 4,500 for a set. We thought that the quality would be great, but they were not. We found out the fabric on the arm rests turn to wrinkle when we adjusted them. We did not think the similar sofa in the showroom was like that when we adjusted the arm rests. They are horribly looked. We sent an email to Paramus Mega Furniture, but it seemed that their server are down and cannot receive my email. We also sent it to Casa Eleganza where the warehouse is at, but we got no response after almost 2 weeks. We did not call them and complain, because we kind of know they could not fix them. They might would apologize. That is about it. What an experience!

I basically bought my entire living room from here and am extremely satisfied with my purchases. Got very good value for the quality (full leather), and the delivery was seamless. Frankly I was a little hesitant to buy from a store that I never heard of, but this place was a diamond in the rough. 5/5

The whole experience was terrific. Boris and Ishmael were very professional and personable sale people. Delivery was prompt and the two gentlemen were very knowledgeable and friendly. We have had our furniture for 3 days and we are very happy. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely shop there again. (We bought a dinette set, a king bed and night stands and a leather love seat)
