Very helpful staff and prompt I can understand that it gets busy during a holiday. Only wish they had more parking pick up spots. One time I went and had to call and tell specific instructions of where too find me all the pickup spots were taken.

Be creative on what you buy. Sometimes they might not have what you want or is to expensive for your taste but all you have to do is just be CREATIVE. That's what I did.

Picked up a balloon for my kid's birthday. It was windy today, so the balloon flew away as I was trying to close my trunk...! so I went back to the store and the staff that helped me first time asked if I wanted two balloons or if something happened. I explained how I lost my first one, and he gave me the same balloon at no charge. I was ready to pay for the second one and was very grateful. :)
