I came in yesterday around 3-4pm and had an amazing experience at this location! a beautiful being took our order with a pink hair clip :) very sweet and and the person gave off a very welcoming vibe which I admired! the drinks were delicious. hope to come back soon x

This place is hit and sometimes the milk is not sour sometimes it is. And sometimes they get it right it’s kind of hard to figure out when you come here as other Starbucks is really screwed things up at times.

Typical Starbucks but on the small side. There are 2 Starbucks in the mall. This one is located on main level across from the Microsoft store. Just 4 tables and 5 counter stools. Seating is also available just outside the door in the mall. A wait in line is usual. The lower level Starbucks is a kiosk type with no indoor seating. Clean. Efficient staff.

Horrible service!!! The attitude of the barista was so rude. I went on a Thursday not the middle on a weekend!!! There was a 20 min wait just to get the wrong cup of hot coffee and then i was given attitude for asking for the right cup?!?? Are u kidding me? She got the wrong order and looked at me like i should take it and just left. Not after waiting 20 minutes i wont! And after she prepared it she left it on the counter just like that didn’t call my name or anything. I mean it was just really unnecessary. I could have and should gone to another place. Wont make that mistake again! A cup of coffee is not worth 25minutes.

I bought pike cafe this morning after 4 hours inside l go there again with my Starbucks coffee cup with the receipt, l asked for refill a girls she is working downstairs she was so rude she said no refill . I said this my right Starbucks is giving me this right . She said managers said no refill. But l know my right . There is refill she said l can’t .

Usually when I do come here I never have a problem. The one time there was an error. I didn't complain but they over heard me talking privately to someone else. They tried to fix it but it didn't work because they were not understanding the problem. Regardless at least they tried.
