Nice store, I got help quickly and without any line at all. It is clean inside and staff 9s friendly and polite. The parking is big enough for the plaza.

Not sure why this store exists. They seem to be able to accept equipment returns and set up new service, but can't do anything outside of the basics. I would not come here if you're in a rush.
My wife and I went to the Paramus location and were fortunate to have Alex M. assist us. He was both attentive and respectful. He answered every question and at times used Angelica's experience for certain area's of ambiguity. Alex was extremely professional and informative. Both he and Angelica are true assets to the Verizon Fios Co.
Can't complain about the store. I came in to turn in my cable box and they processed it quickly and emailed me a receipt. On the phone, they did pressure me to keep all my services when I just wanted to drop cable and phone, but I understand this isn't the physical store's fault (just wanted to mention). This didn't affect this review at all.
This store is closing and it’s a shame. Unlike Verizon customer service these people have a clue. Understand my frustrations with calling Verizon and getting a different story each time. The agent explained each service fully as well as our options and while I’m not convinced I made the best service decision. I am convinced I came to the best place to sign up for service
They are very kind and helpful people. I'm very satisfied and happy. I strongly recommend this store.
Staff at store are helpful but not technical. The new store system prevents you from just dropping in and picking up new equipment, like a router, and needs to be charged to your bill vs paying out of pocket. Most cases, an online order is created and made for store pickup, while in the store. Definitely call ahead for anything you need.
I went there today because I have my 7 years old Verizon tv remote control replaced or checked because it's not functioning properly. Sharon is her name, she said she is the store manager just brushed me away. I want to explain further but it will be long but in short it's about time to change service provider. If there is ZERO STAR I would give her Zero rating.
